Ardra at Ego Couture Salon is an AWESOME STYLIST. She keeps it 100% real with you. She WILL give you the style that you WANT, BUT will tell you what you NEED in order to maintain or grow healthy hair. She's a very easy going, honest, and a friendly hairstylist. It feels like you're talking to someone about your hair that you've known for a long time. I have been going to her for a year now and my hair has grown SO MUCH. My hair had broken off due to braids and she told me what she would do to get it to grow back to its maximum health and it worked; however, she will do her part, BUT you have to be willing do your part as well. If you want a hairstylist that will be honest with you, genuinely care about your hair and give you the style that you want; Go to (better yet) Run to Ego Couture Salon and see Ardra. You won't be disappointed!

Well, I thought I had found the perfect stylist and usually I'm not the one to write bad reviews about a service that I have received. But, my first visit, I was charged way too much, which was different from what was online, but I let it go that time. I had been to her a few more times after that as well and always left satisfied, well except once, when she did not put conditioner in my hair and still charged me the same price ($60, which should have been $45) But recently when I went to get a service done, which was a style ONLY and she said that it would be $60, when a Shampoo and Style is $45. First of all, I felt that she insulted my intelligence by thinking I would fall for that....Second, I was disturbed by the "stature" she upholds and that I had entrusted in her to be a woman of integrity. I walked out, I lost my deposit, but it was not worth losing my morale. She is an awesome stylist, but just be mindful of the price fluctuation.

Very kind and warm environment. As soon as I walked in I felt at home like I've been here. It was my first time but won't be my last. Went from natural to permed and I LOVE how it turned out!!!

So I made an appointment to have my hair treated and trimmed. To my amazement I didn't need a treatment. I appreciated her honesty first of all. Came in still indecisive though. Decided on a style that she executed perfectly for me. My first time meeting her and she did exactly what I wanted.

Today Ego Couture came through and SAVED my hair. Love the atmosphere as well as I was in n out. No more ALL day sitting in the salon I found my new salon
