Friendly atmosphere but they use ALOT of heat. I went in to flat iron my natural hair for the first time in years. I noticed how she was using an excessive amount of heat on my hair but I figured she is a professional, so she knows what she is doing. The results were nice but now I have severe heat damage and had to cut off several inches of my hair.

I donâ€™t want to spell her name wrong, I believe it is Diane, did my hair today. First and foremost, she was not only sweet and polite, but she did a fabulous job on my hair. I have curly, Dominican hair and it has been falling out and breaking. Very damaged. All she did was wash my hair, dry it and straighten it and gave it a good cut. My hair is brand new and I am so impressed. I would like to mention that my hair never stays straight. It frizzes up the moment I touch it and itâ€™s difficult to get it straight without it being too flat. She made me feel welcome, talked to me throughout the ENTIRE process and made me feel comfortable which is a big thing for me. My hair feels so soft and healthy, she cut it to perfection and transformed it. I am in from out of town, drove 6 hours to visit a family member. I am more than willing to drive the distance to have her do my haircuts from now on. Love her, would recommend to everyone! And I also want to mention that my review is my own and no one told me to put positive feedback. I donâ€™t know what she did, but she knows how to treat her clients right and take care of their hair!

The lady that washes your hair is awesome, but the stylists are not very nice at all. They do not take care of hair, they style it. So yes my hair was looking GOOD!
