Easy going atmosphere offering walk in hair cuts, hair color, styling, face wax and shampoo; all at their own separate charge. They keep 2 people in rotation and I always can get in and out with a cut in around 20 mins or less. Every lady there seems to have their own return customers that they work hard to maintain.

Michelle is wonderful! I never have any problems with my hair after she cuts it. Charles is great too! He can follow other stylists cut lines. I highly recommend these two stylists!

i called at 9 am for an appointment and was set up for 10:15. I arrived at 10 and sat down to wait. When the operator that I had the appointment with , finished with her customer, she was told she had to wait on a walk-in customer before the one that had the appointment, which was me. I questioned that and was told that walk-in customers that arrive before scheduled customers were waited on first. Then, WHAT IS THE POINT OF APPOINTMENTS? Does the management of this shop not get the concept of reservations? While I was waiting they took no less than 6 phone calls from people to make an appointment. To what end do they take these phone calls and set up these appointments? The operator that cut my hair was fine, no complaints.

More like "Don't get cuts by us"! You would think that in a military town they would know the difference between a high and tight and a crew cut and how to do Either properly. He asked for a crew cut and got his head shaved into an uneven high and tight. It's a busy weekend but they were clearly rushing. They don't even sweep up between customers. Ugh.
