Great place to have a haircut. Beware, the waiting time, some days, it's just insane. My advise, plan the day you want your hair done then go on line and sign in way ahead. I've just learned this, as I can see many folks having their hair done ahead of me and they just walked in, and I am sitting here for almost 2 hours. So I went on line and found out that I could be ahead of the game if I knew it.

I went there today, to have some father and son time. He could get a haircut, I could get a shave, and we could do this is a manly place, instead of a beauty shop. They have a sign in sheet, and we were near the top of the list. We watched several customers come in, including a man with 2 or 3 boys. The concept of their list, is to mark each customer off, as they complete them. They proceeded to take every other customer in the building (yes, there was one last customer, other than us, and he was the last to arrive). I checked the website, to see if it was possible, that I had made a mistake. Maybe I was supposed to check-in? Nope, you can't check-in. Near the end, of our almost 1 hour wait time, I went to the desk, and looked at the sign in sheet. I was told that we were next? If you are the owner of this franchise, the two X marks.....that is me! Waited an hour, and left with nothing. Hopefully they can cut hair, better than they can operate a list.

I have been getting my haircut by the same person for 19 years. While in Gainesville on business, I was forced to put my trust in someone new. Angelica listened well when I told her what I needed, responded with great service, and was pleasant to speak with during the process. My wait time was 2 minutes. Thank you Angelica.
