Oh No They Didn't !

Last time I took my ex Mother in Law to get her hair cut was a disaster. The lady was nice and polite. She took quite some time. I did not really look at my ex Mother in laws haircut too well I was not feeling well that day. The next day my ex Mother in law was very upset. Her hair had big gaps in it. It was sad really. Today we went again to get her a haircut. My ex Mother in law showed the lady the gaps in her hair . She agreed it was a terrible hair cut She went on and on told the other lady to look up who did the hair cut. I did not saying anything because I knew who it was. She look and said it's my name but I think , and she called another hairstylists name, must have cut it . I am not one to embarrass people. My big problem they both knew it was a very bad haircut . But neither offered to discount her haircut or anything to compensate her in anyway. Charged her the full price and on top of that a tip. I was very upset really how could they do that knowing it was wrong.

I've been coming here at least 10yrs, religiously. Most of the time, they are on the money. Of course some stylists are better than others and when I see a new one, I am a bit anxious, but I have never suggested someone else. The online check-in and hours of operation are ideal for me. (except Sunday, I would get a haircut at 6:30pm if available) - One suggestion: better chairs for the sinks. I get a shampoo every time and the chairs you have are not meant for the sinks you have. I've been to other GCs and they have very comfortable reclining chairs that meet up really nice to where your neck sits. The ones you have cause me to need a chiropractor visit afterward. (JK but it hurts my neck really bad)

Horrible service. Your name is clearly first on the list for the next cut. They decide to take others before you after you've been waiting. Avoid this location.

These people do not know how to cut hair. If you want to look like you cut your own hair then this is the place for you. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Rude! Tried making conversation with stylist, very short answers, rude tone.. and I definitely did not receive the cut I wanted! I even asked if all the stylist there had been cutting hair for a while.. lady said "yes they both have 20 + years experience" my hair is really straight and in my opinion she should've been able to do alot with it but I didn't even get a good cute
