I’m new to the area, and this salon had great reviews, so I thought I’d give it a try - especially since it’s an Aveda salon. I was told over the phone that a bangs trim was no charge. My hairdresser didn’t trim my bangs like I had asked her, and they really couldn’t be fixed since my hair fell noticeably above my eyebrows. At the end of my appointment, I was charged for the trim since I was new to the salon and not an existing client. I’m glad my bangs are growing in after two weeks - but they still look bad. I’ll be looking for another salon - I’m defiantly disappointed. If you’re looking for a new salon to try, I wouldn’t put this one very high up on your list.

My granddaughter, 13, had long hair that became a tangled mess from swimming in the ocean & not combing out the tangles. It became so bad that it had to be cut. The stylist took hours to get through the mess then gave her a beautiful pixie cut. What patience!!! This is my new place to go for my cuts, styles & highlights.

Got ombré and a cut done by Jen. I loved it and honestly, she did some of the most detail oriented dye job, doing two runs of color. The only reason I'm giving Salon Tribe 4 stars is because it was *very* expensive. But again, I was sitting for over 2 hours.

I've been going to Katie Oakes for my hair for a good two years now! She's amazing and so easy to talk to and she actually listens to everything you want done and does what YOU want to your hair! The salon is a beautiful little space and so clean and friendly located in a great cute little spot in Savannah! I'd recommended this place to anyone! :)

Russell is wonderful! He always gets me back to my natural color! Fabulous service and convenient location. Highly recommend this salon! Also, love a good blow out and they always fit me in!
