I've never had a good experience at this location. They always have workers around the store, who are doing nothing and never offer help, while there is always ONE person at the checkout.
Today, I was once again let down by this location. When I called to inquire about their brow bar, I was told that the brow tech is in any day after Tuesday. So I made an appointment at their Benefit Brow Bar for 11:00 am on a Tuesday. I got there five minutes early, and there were a few customers waiting at the Brow Bar to be served, and never were. I decided to go ask someone about the Brow Bar. After I had to go find an employee, they told me that the brow specialist wasn't here yet - no big deal. I continued walking around the store and would check back in a minute. At 11:10 the brow tech entered the store, not apologizing that she was late to MY appointment but instead, told me that appointments are not to be made at 11 because she doesn't come in until then and she needs time to set up.
If this is the case, why is this an option on the website and why wasn't I told when I called? This is just one of the many issues this store has from cleanliness, keeping items in stock, and overall customer service. Your store has lost a long-time customer.
