I used to be a loyal customer for almost 10 years. Today it was my last time as I scheduled children's haircut and have to wait for 20 minutes for assistance. When I mentioned that it's long time waiting I got just attitude from Tara assistant. Well, I believe in customer service and I hope I will get a good one in a future.
I just wanted to add my another experience. I brought my daughter, 10 year old for childs haircut, she has long hair and we trimmed every year. Well, I was surprised to be charged 45 for a full woman's haircut. Well, I don't mind to pay fir service but not like that. So, child's haircut is 18 vs.womans haircut 45. I paid and I am looking for new stylist now for all my family. Good business is fair business. Lets be honest in the beginning and have a reasonable sense of greed.
