Great prices for the services offered. I loved my hair when I walked out. Also, it's a different atmosphere for a hair salon as you can tell everybody who works there enjoyed each other's company and gets along, really relaxed experience.

By far the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. Came in just looking for a simple trim around the neck and ears, and the lady was rushing through because I had came in while she was on a cigarette break. I paid, went out to my car and checked around my ears in my rear view mirror, and not only was there a million stray hairs still left around my ears, my neck line was entirely botched and crooked. I went back in and nicely asked her to fix it, and she agreed to. I went back out to my car and checked again and nothing had changed at all. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I will not recommend to anyone

Ruined eyebrows by doing exactly what I asked not be done and then blamed it on a scar that does not exist. Then blamed it on a skin condition not there. The haircut and color went the same way - no attention paid to anything I ever said. Texturized the opposite of what I asked for and added a third color to what was requested, with no consulting done (resulting in a far brighter color than wanted). A total waste of time.

Always a positive experience. Icome away feeling like a millon dollars! Stephanie is awesome and definiteky knows her stuff! Been going to her for 5+ years and I'm always satisfied. In fact now some of my coworkers have jumped on board the Stephanie train! Give her a try -- I promise you won't be disappointed! She always has something fresh, new and exciting. You never looked so good!
