I love this salon. Always a friendly feeling and a great haircut every time! I love that they keep notes on the haircuts that I get and I'm impressed that they go over them with me every time! Just in case I might want to do something different. Not only that, but there is a warm friendly feeling to that makes it a great experience!

We arrived 20 mintues before closing and were greeted with a snarky "really?" from one of the ladies sweeping the floor toward the back. I politely said, "Sorry, we thought you closed at 6, not 5. Would you like us to come back tomorrow?" Another lady sweeping the floor responded, "that's up to you", to which I responded "no ma'am, you're cutting the hair, not me." No response from any of the 3 ladies in the room.... we walked out.

First time was great. We came back with the same stylist and my son came home with hid hair half chopped. Maybe she eas having a bad day. No clue. But definitely not going back.

Went to the Great Clips in Sharpsburg, asked for a specific cut, got nothing close to what I wanted. Waited a couple months for my hair to grow out, went to Peactree Parkway location with a specific haircut, told her exactly what I wanted and still didn't get the cut I wanted. I'm not able physically to cut my own hair. That's why I WASTED over $30 at 2 locations. It won't happen again!! These people act like they don't care what style you want, they just want that money.

We went as a family for my husband, daughter, and son to get their haircut. The two ladies that cut my son and husbandâ€™s hair were very friendly, and seemed to do a good job. The lady who cut my daughterâ€™s hair was not at all friendly, and acted annoyed to be having to cut a 4 year olds hair. Her haircut was fine, but she was very snappy, and rude. If you donâ€™t like cutting hair of all ages, then perhaps this isnâ€™t the place for you.
