Normally I have a great experience here. Not today, I made my appointment 3 weeks in advanced showed up early like usual. Alex was running behind which I noticed but wasn't informed that until already waiting 15 minutes. Alex had come up to the desk a few times while I was waiting and I didn't even get a hello hi nothing. Like most people I have a very busy schedule. 10-15 minutes would have been fine but when I entered into the 35 minute mark I just don't have time to continue waiting. The owner was there but was too busy messing with some wires to notice that I had been in the waiting area for 45 minutes. When I had to hand my smock back to the receptionist she didn't even apologize for the fact that I had waited for ever on my only free day of the week to get my hair done. Alex is a great stylist but I need someone who respects my time. Won't be back!

Extremely well managed salon. You are in the chair within 5 minutes of your appointment time. Love my hair dresser, Pam. She does an excellent job with my hair. My daughter was in town and we just grabbed an appointment with Holly (Pam stays pretty booked, maybe Holly does too, and just happened to have a cancellation) But Holly did a wonderful job as well. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the stylist's here.
