I give this MasterCuts five stars. I have been going here off and on since about 2003 for haircuts and it hasn't always been great to be honest. However, recently I have gone back and discovered a very skilled stylist named Ray Anne. I haven't found many people that can do a military-style haircut right. She has the low and medium fade down to a science. Good stylists are hard to find. I can't vouch for any other stylists in there but I know Ray Anne does an amazing job and as long as she's there this is where I'm getting my haircut. At the point of this posting she works 6 days a week. She's busy so call ahead to get on the schedule. It's well worth it!

They are closing their doors August 23rd and I for sure won't miss them. Although the staff is nice they act like they don't know what they're doing. My husband went for a cut and it came out uneven and gapped up. The only good thing coming from this place is the 4 for $20 closing deal on all their products.

12/21/16. I went there earlier today to get my eyebrows waxed. As soon as I walked up, I felt a bad vibe but didn't want to assume anything. I'm the "Don't judge a book by its cover" kind of person but even then I still felt something odd. I walked up and the employees didn't appear to be too friendly. Not only that, while I tell them what I need done, the employees were chatting endlessly among themselves. A full on conversation and took their sweet time finishing. That was already strike one. Next, the result of my eyebrows. Thank goodness they weren't jacked up BUT nothing was done. If I had a before and after picture, you would not see a single difference. After all that waxing, nothing. Plus, she spent a lot of time searching for the tools that weren't readily available to her. That was strike two. Now for strike three, not only I saw no difference, she had left tons of cotton ball threads on my forehead, eyebrows and some along my hair line and had the nerve to ask me, "What do you think?". I will tell you what I think. I'm not coming back and she was not fit for the job of cosmetology.

I'd Give it a. "0" if I could!! Place should be Closed Down!! About 7 years ago not bad!! My Granddaughter came home looking like Barney, even her Doctor told her that (3 days after it was done)! Never washed off back of neck, face!! My Nephew was visiting his Girlfriend and Daughter went for a Trim and it was ALL UNEVEN!! I figured it was almost a year later so tried again with Young Granddaughter and she just walked her from sink, (didn't sit in chair, didn't part her hair) just had her Stand there and Cut! Then asked me if it was Straight?? (If I knew she was going to do this could have done it myself)!! WOW! I was So Shocked! I should have left without paying! I told my granddaughter let's Go, Threw the Money! I then had to find somewhere and else to FIX IT!! It is All Uneven Underneath (little pieces ) That COULDN'T BE FIXED!! I Will Tell EVERYONE and POST EVERYWHERE NOT TO GO HERE!!! Place is a JOKE!!

I should have read the reviews first. My husband and I went here on sept 19th to get his hair cut. His hair looks nice so I decided to get a trim. I told her I had just washed my hair so if she could wet it. She didn't even brush it out fully she combed the tangles to the ends and cut the then knots off. my hair looks like it was cut with a weed wacker. I wanted a trim and my layers livened up, what i got makes me want to cry.
