Went with my boyfriend, he checked in and the wait time said 53min. I asked the lady if it was okay to just come back when it was his turn, she said okay. Come back after what feels like an hour, we still have a 20min wait but we're at least at the top of the list. One hairdresser comes from the back and grabs a guy at the bottom of the list. 10mins later another lady comes out to grab someone else. His name somehow disappeared from the list. No one asked why we were there. Didn't get a text message or anything.

First time at Sports Clips. after standing there staring at "Angie" who obviously was not interested in greeting me and my son, I said Hello, and her response was "sign in". Not so lucky for us, "Angie" cut my son's hair. I asked for it to be spiked, she responded, his hair is fine, you will need to use a lot of gel, I told her, no problem, we usually use moose. To make an agonizing story short, she cut my son's hair with a part on the right side of his head and spiked his bangs.... not quite the "spike" my son asked for. Angie had the personality of an old flip flop and must not enjoy working with 9 year olds. After clipper cutting my son's dry hair, he got hair in his nose so he started itching it. WITH AN ATTITUDE, SHE SAID "ARE YOU DONE? I CANNOT KEEP GOING UNTIL YOU STOP MOVING. I said, "he has hair in his nose and face," she replied, "yeah, that happens". After paying, and giving you a 5.00 tip on a 14 dollar hair cut, I asked your name and you reluctantly told me, you were the only one not wearing a name tag. KELSIE, offered me a card, not you, I guess you were not interested in having my son as a regular client. That's fine, I wasn't interested in going back. Thanks for the terrible first visit, Angie. It seems business is obviously going well and you do not need any new business.

I haven't gone to another barber since Sport Clips opened. The girls are fantastic, facilities are nice and clean and the hot towels are amazingly relaxing. I have been going here for years now and I have yet to have a bad experience!

Where has this place been my whole life? Walked in today to try a new barber shop, and received the best hair cut of my life. Never had an experience like that before. Never had it shampooed before that was awesome. The steaming hot towel on face was great, the neck and back massage was great. Everything about my experience was just awesome! Glad I tried something new today!!!!
