I got my hair cut and colored with Monica and I'm very sad to say it was the worst experience I've had in my life. My blonde highlights came out orange and the long bob (which I stressed needed to be long enough to pull back) I asked for was cut into a jagged mess just under my chin. I cried all night and colored it over myself the next day. I hate to say bad things about anyone, but this was far worst than any professional hair dresser should ever do on their worst day, so I felt like it was something that needed to be said.

When I first moved to Richmond Hill, I called Mane Tamers to get my hair cut. That was when I first met Kim. Only Kim has cut and dyed my hair ever since. Walk ins are always welcome, and the rest of the staff is great too.
