This was the absolute worst time ever. My 8 year old is crying in pain saying it hurts but all he gets is another stylist asking if she had a baby over there, to which she responds "I thought I had a big boy but apparently not." That was it for me and I told her "I think you're done here." I allowed her to clean up the neck but she kept going, I had to stop her again. This is a boy who broke his arm in 2 places but never asked for anything for pain, a boy who only complains about pain when he is in the worst pain. This is also a boy who has ADHD and has a problem expressing his emotions. Thanks to her skills with clippers he asked for an appointment with his therapist. I wish I could give it no stars at all.

Fast and friendly! My 8yr old didn’t want the wind to blow for fear it would mess up his hair... he says “IT LOOKS PERFECT!!”

Have had good haircuts in the past. One time mentioned something about a "4" attachment ??? Then, next time thinned hair first. Both were good. But yesterday, hair was about 3 inches long, and after saying I wanted hair cut back enough to comb without it curling, I noticed a lot of hair coming off. Deborah used a "2" attachment and basically shaved my head. After the first 3 seconds, it was obvious that it was extremely short where she had cut. She asked if that was a little short but what can you say at that point. Took her all of 5 minutes to finish. I have almost no hair (just a few strands) on the top. She asked if I wanted them cut. I said yes, all they do is stick up. Not enough to even see. She clipped with scissors for about a minute but when I got home, it looks like none were cut. My wife is going to have to cut them back. Looks like I tried a comb-over with 10 strands of hair. At the end, Deborah mentioned maybe I need to ask for a 3 next time. Not sure what a 2, 3, or 4 does or means but worst hair cut ever.

DO NOT GO THIS LOCATION!!! I showed the person a picture of how I wanted my hair. A picture of me so there's no excuse of how it looks different on different people. She did not cut it short enough she had to re cut back. She never even touched the top or sides to blend it. UNTILL I said something. I told her I know 15 times and I am NOT exaggerating at all on how NOT TO CUT MY HAIR AND I REPEAT NOT TO CUT IT. ANYONE have a guess what happen? Exactly like I specifically told her do not cut my hair like that I do not like it. Then her excuse was she has to cut it all off to the nape of my neck for it to do the way I want it to do. So she continues to cut and I mean cut. IT is so short there is fixing it without me being almost bald. The front & sides longer and my hair is nothing what I asked for. Its been over 2 weeks it looks like s---!!!. I could GO back for her to fix it .... Are you crazy? I have no hair now and let her fix it. I would be crazy. I asked for layered bob with it angled toward my face with layers because I have very baby fine hair.. I have one length longer on sides in front wacked off short as --- in back she never touched my bangs. Please don't go here
