You hope that when you call back a salon to fix a bad cut that they will be professional enough to fix it, instead of taking it personally and suddenly telling you they're booked when they told you before that they weren't. My mother had her hair cut here and is too nice to leave an appropriate review, so I am doing it for her. Avoid this place. Anyone that treats customers like this shouldn't have a business.

I love the cut, style and color!! Josey always does a great job and is so fun to talk to and hang out with. Very clean and professional shop.

My wife went here for a haircut and she got a wonderful cut and shampoo for 30$, I placed a appointment the next morning to get my haircut at 5:15 pm , upon arrival I informed the front desk that I was here for my 5:15 appointment when I arrived at 5:10, I waited until 5:45 to be shown to a chair but nobody was at the front desk and a customer that came in after me who also had a appointment was taken back to get her haircut. I left after 30 minutes of waiting when I had a appointment.

I have been going to Melissa for 8 years and my hair AlWAYS comes out exactly how I like it! She’s amazing! There are lots of very other talented stylists at SS. They are all very professional and courteous. Melissa and I will be growing old together that’s for sure! 😂♥️
