This is my first review...EVER, but it’s also my worst experience with a salon and feel as though I should do my du diligence and let everyone know how uncomfortable and unprofessional their servic is. I went in for a 15 min consultation with MICHELLE, THE OWNER. I just had a few questions about my hair, personally. First, when i walked in she looked at me like I was dumb. I was not greeted properly, making it really awkward. Then I asked her if she thought I needed a detox(because I was gonna let her do it). She checked it and said no. No real rapport. Seems as though she has no real knowledge. Then I asked how often I should wash my locs. She asked how often do I. Granted, I know I should wash it more, but I only get it washed when I get it done(2-4 months). MICHELLE PROCEEDED TO SAY THAT SHE COULD TELL BECAUSE LOOKING THROUGH MY HAIR MADE HER HAND ITCH. ITCH!!!! Now let me say, even though I barely wash, my hair still isn’t nasty. No buildup or excessive dirt or anything. But this disrespectful, unprofessional lady, who calls herself the “Boss Woman†said I made her itch. At that very moment, I had already concluded that I was not going back. With the attitude that she has, I hope she doesn’t expect any leverage with her business. She sucks and her business will stay stuck where it’s at. 🤷ðŸ¿â€â™€ï¸
