In January I visited the salon and had a consult on my hair and whether I could have a body wave on my shoulder length colored hair. Debra told me that anyone could have a perm. Reassured I made an appointment with her and have the perm. What happened has turned out to be a total disaster. My hair was cooked to the scalp. Now instead of having shoulder length hair with body, I have scalp length hair and am totally ashamed to be seen in public! It fell out in handfuls on my first wash 4 days after the process. All I can say, be careful who you trust. Lisa if the person who answered my complaint, is you, you were not there! The only other folks there were the barber and Phyllis. The reason for coming in ahead of time was so Debra could see and evaluate the hair. Yes she was informed up front about the color in my hair. And don't make assumptions .

Came in for hair highlights, they ruined my hair! They didn't do what I asked for. They took a lot of money! Did the job for 2 days. I'm not satisfied at all!!!

I had been coming here for a year and a half to get my haircut. I had a specific barber who I wanted to cut my hair. The reason for this one star review is that on a Monday I came in, was told the barber was not in, and to come back Wednesday. This was not a big deal obviously, so I came back on a Wednesday. I walked in, wrote my name down in the guest book and my time, and sat down. Then someone comes in and gets to get his haircut first because he is a buddy with the barber. Also someone else is getting a hair coloring done with the barber afterwards, so I was told I need to come in another day. I don't like being pushed to the back simply because I'm not friends with the barber. That's an immature way to do business.
