The worst haircut I have ever had. I asked for my hair to be cut to touch my shoulders. It's nowhere near touching my shoulders. I asked for it to be cut in layers. I've never seen a haircut like what I got. The length is longer on one side than the other. I wish I had paid a little more and went elsewhere. The lady that greeted me was very rude when I didn't want to give out my address. She said the reason they ask so much info is so they can keep a record of the style you like. Not to worry- I don't want THIS style. I will be so glad when it grows out! If I could have, I would have given zero stars.

Went in without an appointment. Had a lovely young lady, Faith, give me a short pixie cut. I'm a senior citizen and I am just a little unsteady but she made sure I was comfortable all during the process. Wonderful experience!

Absolutely awful. First thing I said was “I don’t want to much off the top”. The VERY FIRST thing she does is cut the top down. Not only that, but she cut it uneven as hell and it looks awful. If you are trying to get a hair cut by someone who doesn’t care what they’re doing, go to great clips!!

Got my hair trimed by Faith. She done exactly what I wanted and didn't take too much off the length. Will definitely be back... thank you so much Faith.
