I have had several haircuts here, mainly because they are inexpensive. The problem with SmartStyle is inconsistency. The turnover seems high and the stylist that gave me the cut I adored is long gone. Since it is mainly walk-in, it can be difficult to select your stylist, so the degree of satisfaction varied for me. I've had two cuts I adored, one that I went to another shop to have corrected and maybe five that were ok but not exciting. They are good with working with pictures, so take some. All in all, this is an adequate shop with excellent prices if money is your primary concern. I'm looking for a slightly more expensive place that will give me a fabulous cut without cleaning out my bank account.
