I went in there to get special makeup for my wedding and was completely ignored. I don't normally wear makeup so I was really confused, other people were greeted and helped but I was completely ignored while walking around. An employee even looked right at me and walked the other way. I tried calling and talking to the manager but was put on hold for 10 minutes. I'll just go to the mall and get my makeup from Dillard's. Thanks for nothing Ulta

I am a beauty enthusiast and it was nice to see that the store was up-to-date on the newest releases and offers available in their magazine. I was unable to find a lot of items though, in many different brands, as they were out of stock, despite the employee who helped me stating that she'd stocked everything that morning. I was disappointed by the lack of items, especially since the items I was looking at were exclusive to their special offer going on. There wasn't a lot of help available and I was forced to wait around for several minutes for help and then the help I did receive was rushed and not useful. I hope the next time I go in will be better, because I will definitely be back.

I cannot even give one star. Had a hair appointment which I confirmed. However my stylist was not there. No one seemed too concerned that I had arrived with no chance to have my hair done. If I could I'd give them a negative 5 stars.

Great variety of beauty products and brands. I find their sales and pricing to be misleading. More than once I've read a sign placed in a certain section that says buy one ,get one 50 percent off but when you go to pay one of the products doesn't apply to the sale even though the sign was right next to it.
