Just here and I showed a picture if what I wanted, she then asked if I was offered a free wash and said no I thought washing was included so we then washed it and she barely dryer it, I asked to trim my hair and by bangs so they swoop to the side. But the irritating part was that she then asked after dimming and at about 50 percent dry if there was anything else I needed done....Well yeah my hair needs dried and styled that's what I can in for so she kinda dried it then I said I would like it backcombed and straightened to curl in, she then grabs a 1" curling iron and cuts it under, no volume done at all. I look like. Little kid just played with me hair. They wanted to charge 10. 00 for the style....what style all she did was curl my hair under in about 2 seconds. Not happy I will not return and they all seems drab and boring. I don't think there was a manager around. I would give zero stars if I could

I walked in and they said 25 min wait so i have waited about 45 minutes so far. New people are walking in and Im guessing they checked in online so i downloaded the app to see if i could beat myself in but the app only shows location. Two guys before walked out already and i asked a lady that came in after me how online check in works and she said she didn't know and that she just texted her friend that works here. Then the lady cutting hair gave me a guilty look. Im just leaving my review now because ive burned almost 80% of my battery waiting here and my phone is about to die.

I tried to get a haircut on Saturday, I showed up around 11:30 and was told it will be a 20-30 minute wait. That's not a big deal so I go shopping for a bit and come back. I'm told it will be another 20 minutes so i grab lunch and come back in 15. Then I'm told that they'll be right with me and I can wait in the chair. I sit there for 15 minutes, there's only one person working at this point and there's two people ahead of me. Finally I got up and left after well over an hour of waiting. I drove to hair we are and they got me in right away.

I wasn't impressed. Stylist seemed bored or irritated and she was the only one there-- maybe they're not fully staffed yet? But there's a part of my hair I'd been growing out for two months that I specifically said I wanted blended in, and she basically shaved off all of the progress I had made. I probably won't be going back.
