I will not be back....
I did not get anything that I asked and paid for. My hair is damaged beyond repair and had to be cut just to try damage control.
I asked for something very specific, very simply (I thought) and left feeling like "I" was the reason my hair was done incorrectly and could not be fixed.
First she was late, and then I was given attitude about the price I was quoted by the head lady the day before (she was not there until 3 hours into my delima this day). I was not asked any history on my hair, then was again given attitude about what I did want....was rushed from the very beginning and yet it took 4 hours to complete a simple color and cut...and then nothing was what I wanted...not the color, not the style, and not the damage done. She had absolultly no interest in making small talk, or being hands on while I was processing the first, second or third time my hair had to be colored...YES, three times my hair had to be processed,washed and blow dried! Needless to say it is now a dried out matted mess. And then it is still NOTHING what I wanted. I had to have it recolored all one color just to be able to even leave the salon it was so bad....and it is STILL the wrong color!. And when I did leave I had color all over my face! She never appoligized once but did repeat that the person who colored my hair previous must had done something...and she did repeat that she should have used a higher developer, and she did repeat that she should not have toned it so many times...And I can't for the life of me understand why she did NOT use foils to do the "roots" on the already blonde part of my hair that she had already stated should NOT be rebleached becasue only the roots needed to be done. !!!
I finally left with what I had, simply because I had had enough AND after 4 hours I had to pee so bad. I was told I would have to walk through walmart becasue they had no restroom in their salon! WHAT?
I had color all over myself, my hair was a mess, I did not want to have to go through walmart to use the restroom.
So now my hair is orange, super dry, flat,matted, not cut well and I was told to wait at least another three months before trying to color it again....it looks worste than a bad home box job...
The last person that colored my hair was learning at the academy in Idaho Falls and did a PHENOMINAL job, this time and I paid the same price, I am sooo dissapointed. $70 is a lot of money for me to spend on myself...To have it turn out so bad is just so disheartening.
SLOW DOWN, give your customers the attention they deaerve, act like you actually want to be there....at lease TRY to show your client you have the lease bit interest.
