I called at a little after 2 pm to check in. I was told the wait would be 93 minutes. I drove from Owyhee County 30 miles out. While shopping about 30 minutes later, I noticed the 93 minute wait jumped to 101 minutes when it should have dropped to 60 some minutes. I called and was rudely told of course it expanded because the girls have to eat. When there is only one person doing hair, the wait time will increase. Ya know what, I don't work there. I don't know when people take lunch (3pm?). As I shopped the wait got longer. I decided to drive to the shop. I stuck my head in and the lady asked if I was on the list. I said yes, I'm number 4. I asked how long that would be. She said she had already told to me that the ladies were at lunch. Maybe an hour. She said it might be sooner if I came in. I explained I'm on oxygen and it's in my car. Why would it be better if I sat in the salon with a bunch of unmasked people to do first come first serve when I had checked in early and I was available right out the front door. Too much to stick her head out the door and call me in? This is terrible service, what's the point of on-line check in? Not to mention the rude disregard I was shown by yet another self important person in the service industry. I am discouraged by such lack of courtesy.
