I have gone to Patty here multiple times and she never disappoints. She has a fun upbeat positive personality and I recommend her to all of my friends. She is amazing with waxes and I don’t trust anyone else with my brows. Love how professional and obviously talented she is at her job.

I have been extremely happy with all the stylist at Fantastic Sams. They are very friendly and care about their customers. I am pleased with my hair every time I leave. I highly recommend going there.

I am so disappointed with Fantastic Sams. You advertise kids hair cuts all the time, but yet you choose to employ people who obviously don't like kids and have absolutely no respect. My husband and me took our 6 year old son in to have his haircut today. The experience was absolutely horrible. The girl who cut his hair was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She ignored everything we said until we repeated what we wanted 3 or 4 times. She was going so fast with the clippers she kept pulling his hair, and she didn't even acknowledge him when he said it was hurting him. She just laughed it off and put oil on the clippers. Which did not help, because she was just rushing through the hair cut as fast as she could. I felt so bad for my son, when we got in the car he says " it didn't hurt that bad at first, but the pain kept getting worse." You could see the clippers pulling his hair. He was being so good and sat still for her the entire time, he even tried talking to her and asking her questions and she completely ignored him. She did a horrible job his hairline is uneven around his ears and the back of his neck, and she got hair all over him and we had to ask her 3 times to wipe the hair out from under his neck. I didn't want to cause a big scene which is why i didn't say anything at the time. I was going to tell the cashier except she was also our cashier, she didn't even give us a receipt. We are so angry over this and we will never go back. I hope no else has to go through this.

Not a happy customer! I bought shampoo and conditioner from this location a few months back and i really like it! So i watched for a sale to come up again so that i could get some more. Well there was a sign in the window that said 2 for $22. Went in to get it and was told it wasnt on sale anymore and that the sale had ended 4 days ago. Are you kidding me? There is a huge sign in your window advertising this sale! And all i get is well my manager must have forgotten to take it down. Wow! In my experience at almost anywhere you could think of, if there is a sale sign (whether by accident or not) you honor it for your customer!. And why do i have that experience? Because its called GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Not at Fantastic Sams though.. So guess what? I will never buy anything from there again! And i will find a new stylist somewhere else! And of course i will be sharing my crappy experience with people i know!
