This location just did not do it as well as the other location I went to. I gave the lady my number and she said she couldn't find me in the system. So we decided to just cut my hair. The reason I like my name in the system is because I don't know how to explain how I want my hair. It makes for an easier experience to be able to walk in and say "the usual" after cutting my hair they asked for my phone number to put the cut into the system but then they said "oh hey we have your cut in the system already!" Lol

Always fast service when you check in online, and they know just the way I like my hair cut. Very good service

I asked for a layered bob and I ended up with a mix of a long pixie cut and a mullet. I’ve got parts of hair that don’t have layers or aren’t even. Definitely going to find a better salon.
