I would leave 0 stars. I had an appointment at 9:00 and arrived on time. A male customer went in before me and was talking to a lady in the back. After a couple minutes he motioned to the lady in back that I was sitting up front. She eventually came up and asked if she could help me. I told her I had an appointment for hair and pedi. She said oh you do, and said she would be back in a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes while she worked on the male customer. She never apologized for the wait or introduced herself. Her station was filthy. I was told a nail tech would work on my pedi while my color processed. I waited another 20 minutes for the nail tech and when she finally arrived she tried to talk me out of gel polish which I requested from the time I made the appointment. The quality of the pedi was not good. She cut the nails too short and did not cover all the nail. The haircut was not great either. Horrible service and filthy. Avoid at all cost!

my nails turned out great! they took me in last minute and they were all very friendly but the girl did cut me severalllll times but other than that it was great.
