I've gone in here a few times. Sometimes I feel like I'm being a bother to some of the employees which leaves me not wanting to shop here. On the other hand, some of them are truly great at customer service so it is really a mixed bag. I love Ulta's return policy because let's face it, finding the right products is hard and quality isn't cheap.

This is my go to Ulta I wish they carried more products like some of the other stores but the girls are so nice and helpful. They really listen to your needs and go above and beyond!

i’ve been going here for years. all the employees in there are so nice. they make shopping for makeup fun and ask if you need help but don’t stay in your face constantly when you say you’re just browsing! there’s testers too so you can see the products which is helpful

I really liked this place most of the employees were very nice, but there was this one woman that was talking to a friend or I don't know what it was but she was not doing her job, and then she was my cashier and i showed her my member information on my phone and she said she didn't know what it was, so then I lost points because she didn't know. I liked this store but I thought the employees were sopposed to know how they store works and their responsibilities.
