Strong smell of chemicals in here. It's a pretty place with nice ladies and good prices, but the nail polish from my manicure starting cracking the very next day. :/

I wouldn't even give this salon 1 star. Bought a gift certificate for my fiancé almost a year ago from Christy May. When I first walked in there the employees just stared at me. Took them almost 5 minutes to even ask me what I needed. I have called Christy May several times to book an appointment for him since the gift certificate is almost expired. She said she had no appointments before it expires so she cannot honor the certificate. I asked for my money back since the certificate does not say no refunds. I sent her a picture of the certificate. All it says is expires after 1 year. She has been rude and uncooperative in giving me my money back. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR HER SERVICES TO ANYONE!!!
