This buisness has 5 stars online. That's why I chose it. Really wish I hadn't. 4 months ago I made an appointment for a body wave. I needed the down time as I'm a busy Mom and wanted to take care of myself. Had no idea it was an old acquaintance. Not sure if the whole experience was an intentional disaster. But Tracy said she was very knowledgeable in doing the perm. I had long processed/bleached hair. I left the establishment like a drowned out rat. Knowing my hair was destroyed. 7 inches I had to have taken off immediately after. Fried to a crisp. It was and still is like thin stretched cotton. No salon will put bleach in my hair now. All the stylist's I've spoken to said they never would have permed my hair with it's elasticity in the first place. I'm not a hair professional. She never checked or questioned it and I didn't either. Worst $80 I've ever spent. I'm not writing this to intentionally hurt anyone. I'm writing this because my hair is completely ruined and everytime I look in the mirror or try to style it's a reminder of the bad decision I made that day and I break down and cry. Just be careful.
