They do great hair cuts there. My hair was cut a bit too short though before. But otherwise I enjoyed the service I got there.

Normally good service so not one star however my husband wanted his hair cut a certain way and the lady told him that people who get that haircut are very trashy. As it was for religious reasons he was deeply offended and has expressed a desire never to go back.

The people who work here are fast, friendly, professional, and eager to advise you on your hair care. I have been going here for several years and have never had a negative experience. I have even brought my young children here and even when one of them fell to pieces over getting a haircut as a toddler, the stylist worked with him and made him smile and laugh. I will continue to come here and being able to check in online is an amazing feature to speed up your cut.

Busy Saturday but the staff were all courteous and friendly. Very professional and made sure the haircuts were what we wanted. I took 3 boys and myself in, we checked in online and were in and out in 20 minutes! Well done GreatClips!!

My sons hair got cut a lot shorter than the last time we came in there even tho they use the same measurements....would like to be able to request the same lady who did his hair the first time...she did a much better job
