Terrible Customer Service. They treat you like an inconvenience at best. Wendy especially not at all nice.

I have been sort of a regular at this location and I felt it was time I wrote a review. Sam has cut my hair all of the times that I've been here except for two times, and I have never been disappointed with the results. I would definitely recommend her. She’s nice and friendly

My husband got his hair cut and it was $18. I gave the girl $4 tip... She said oh wait you you did an amount of $22.. yep I said have a good day. Apparently I tipped her $22 because I didn't read the machine correctly (they are all different now days lol) and when I called back to question the charge she told me the total I put in was the tip total not the total sale.. Oh my bad huh... Yep have a nice day she said and hung up.... Sad thing it wasn't that great of a haircut especially for a $22 tip! Won't be going back to that place, didn't feel like she cared I made a mistake. 😣

Went there to get my hair bleached and the girl who did it named sam didn't know what she was doing and she put grey toner in the blond to take out some of the yellow and left it in too long. So my hair turned purple and grey and I had to pay 70$ for hair color I didn't want and they didn't offer to fix it.
