Psoriasis

I will never return to this store. They refused to cut my hair because I have psoriasis on my scalp. This is not contagious and is an autoimmune disease that has no cure. They should know that.

I made my appt online. Upon arrival my appt was right on time. Brandy did a far better job than the barber I typically go to, she was efficient, and careful not to have the cut hairs fall inside of my shirt. My wife and grandson were there the previous day, and he was happy as could be, and frankly it was the best haircut he's had.

My brother went to go get a haircut for picture day. We had told the chubby lady to follow the directions from the computer database and she had agreed to do so. I asked my brother if she did a scissor cut in the front and he said no she used all razor. Not once did she ask if he liked his haircut and did the whole thing less than 5 min. Worst experience never coming back here again you made my baby brother cry. The other lady with the red hair was smoking a cigarette right outside in front of us walking in the entrance even despite knowing how busy it was. How unprofessional and we have never seen this chubby lady before I guess she’s new but doesn’t know one thing about haircuts. We get haircuts here all the time and have never had a issue before.

older lady with red hair is the most unprofessional and rude person i’ve ever seen. she berated a customer in front of multiple other people over a mixup with a phone number. absolutely disgusting to watch and she should be fired immediately. i would never trust her to cut my hair. she is an embarrassment to this location
