I have been going to this Great Clips for awhile now and I have always had a great experience with Jess. She always makes both of my children and myself comfortable and feeling as if we are in good and professional hands. ALWAYS courteous and ALWAYS gives an amazing cut. If she leaves this location, my family and friends will take our business wherever she goes. She is that good. Definitely recommend Jess.

I always have a great experience. All the ladies are fantastic. Jess is my regular hair stylist . She is very friendly ,professional and the only one who can get my hair and my beard just the way I like it everytime. She's amazing very talented!

Well first off why checkin online if you are going to jump over names??? They said they jumped over my name when it was only 40 minutes...is there a specific time?? Should tell guests...had to wait additional 25 minutes to get in. I am on crutches and that is why I scheduled online for faster service. Joke!! Lady was in her late 40's and extremely rude!!! I am disappointed with her attitude and lack of service. Get friendlier people to represent your store!!!! The lady who did FINALLY cut my daughter's hair was GREAT!!! Bright orange-ish, red hair and smiley! She's a keeper!!! I was hoping the cute blonde girl was here today...boy what a difference in shifts of.people!!
