After, not going to Fantastic Sam's for several years, I stupidly decided to give it a try again . I had a picture of me with the haircut I had awhile ago and I was specific of how my hair is naturally thick and curly. I explained to her how it looks different wet and preferred to have it cut dry. She insisted she couldn't cut it dry and she would just dampen it. She got it soaked. I showed her the picture and she barely looked at it or asked questions. I told her I had more layers in the picture than I did now. She tells me our hair doesn't have layers, they may have different lengths. I'm thinking she's young and pregnant and maybe she's having a hard day so I don't argue. I told her I want a longer hair version of this picture and can that work. My hair was passed the middle of my back.She says sure. The entire time I see my hair getting shorter and I asked her not to cut it too short. I asked her if she wants to look at the picture again. She is silent the entire cut and I am freaking out. She finishes and says it will look great when it dries. Well, it does not! ITS TO MY SHOULDER TOP, ITS THICKER IN THE BACK BECAUSE SHE MESSED UP THE LENGTHS.She was awful and gave horrible service. I was going to get my brows done too but she forgot and I just wanted to get the he'll out of there! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!
