I do not suggest going for a color. I went there with my hair already stripped. I asked for silver. 4 hours and 4 processes later I left with blue! After a couple washes it turned more silver at the top and green at the bottom and around the hairline in places she missed. I called that same week to schedule an appointment to have it fixed because it was not and did not come out the way I wanted. She said no problem and there would be no charge but to bring 20.00 "just in case". I get there and she outs a lightened that turned my hair from blue to pink! Then she asks another what to do....... So they put green and some other color and it looked like ash..... I was on the verge of tears in my seat. After nearly 5 hours and another four processes they got my hair looking like dingy charcoal! Told me in a couple washes it will lighten. I have been in tears since! I washed it as instructed once and guess what. Coal on top and blonde pushing through on the ends. To add to it she still charged me $20 and their computer glitches so I was double charged and told if it is not back by Wednesday to call them! Are you kidding me! That whole experience 5 hours. Grand total = 9 hours 8 processes and $135.00 and a bad hair color that I get to sport at work tomorrow....... Very very unhappy. I want my money back and my hair fixed the way i want it for free.

Natalie did an awesome job. I thought the cut may be a little too short but it turned out perfect. Very personable staff from what I could tell, also.
