Krystal cut my hair and did a GREAT job! She did everything I asked and was able to interpret how and what I was requesting. She took her time, didn't rush me, and my hair looks great! I'll be back!

Honestly, I am extremely disappointed. I spent nearly $300 for no real good reason. I got a hair cut, dye, and highlights. I was told the price before the work was done, I asked them why was it $199 and they answered with all this technical jargon, so being that I really wanted the work done I agreed. Today, I looked at my itemized receipt and realized they over charged me. Hair cuts are $17 but they charged $24, then they charged me $10 for long hair when it came to dying my hair! Mind you they CUT MY HAIR, which by the way ended being shorter than I asked (I asked to have my hair short enough where I can still tie it into a pony tail, it's really short). The hair dresser chose to cut my hair last and that isn't my problem. In fact, I asked her why not cut my hair first she said no because my hair would be left wet and she needed it dry for the dye. So she dyed my hair first. Well when she told me the price she should've said she was going to rip me off with a long hair charge, so I could've chosen to come at another point when my hair was dried enough for the hair dye. I was charged for full highlights but only received partial. I hate being made a fool. This was my second time here and they would've received a whole lot more service from me had they not ripped me off. I'm not made of money. I am a full time student with plenty of bills and was looking to treat myself with something nice, not to be taken advantage of and left with a halfway done job. In fact, I was left with patches uncolored. I did call the manager to get that corrected but that was before I looked at my receipt and realized I was ripped off. Now, knowing they are willing to rip people off who's to say they would actually do a good job at correcting the patches. BTW, the reason why it the total was nearly $300 was because I purchased hair products (which I'm not complaining, just pointing out spending money isn't the issue, the issue is not receiving the quality job I expected and what I paid for). Do not bother coming here!
