I was there today to have my braids touched up. The cost was $100. I was told by one lady that the lady that did my hair before didn't want to do the touch up because she felt I took down to many braids. The lady with the least amount of experience did my braids. She didn't trim them or clip the ends and some of the braids are just sloppy. They will never get another time of my money ever. Poor poor service

I walked in on a Friday mid morning and received amazing service by Dupe and Dorothy and they were awesome that had me in and out in 2 hours for micro braids- YES two hours!!

Very bad service. I went in and they were arguing and took them awhile to acknowledge me. I made an appointment anyways because I needed my hair done badly. When I went in, everything was okay ontil a lady was eating McDonald’s and decides to touch my hair with her greasy hands and they were laughing and speaking in another language. I asked out loud if there was something wrong with my hair, the other lady then answered no, you have good hair. So I guess they weren’t laughing at me but you never know. So some other chick starts doing my hair and while she was doing it she left to do something and I thought I saw her scratch her privates but I’m not sure .... I hope not! So after she gets done with my hair she asked me if I wanted her to put it in a ponytail (I had got medium sized Senegalese twists) and I told her yes but can you put it in a bun? She says , I’m not a professional. .... after that I was like never coming back.... so I paid and got out of there and when I had my friends look at it, they said she made the braids big in the back and small at the top. These people are money hungry and lazy! They don’t even do their own hair! Plus the braids were very thin and I did not have the full look I wanted. Think twice about going to ZAMS... oh and another thing, if you go to the bathroom, you will see just how filthy these people are. Kids toys thrown around ... a bunch of junk back there... there’s a room full of junk! I don’t know how these people are still in business and why people go back there?!

I had 2 different people do my jumbo signalese twist. They were 2 different sizes. At the top they were big and the rest were small. I paid $220 to get them long and they were only long at the top. I went back to get them the way I asked and they still weren't done right. I will NEVER go back to this shop. They are lazy!!!

Walked in this place thinking i could a nice set of twist boy was i wrong. I asked how much for some locks or twist the guy tells me $100 so im like cool lets do it. 3hrs later hes dn, i look in the mirror and all this fool did was literally just twisted my hair up, like 10yr could of did this. So i complain to him he tells me i need to keep twisting my hair after i leave, so i tell him im not paying 100 bucks for that. So he reassures me he knows what his doing and proceeds to rub the slopy twist with gel for anothor hr, blow dries them tell me im dn. I will never go back to them dont waste your time or money
