The hair stylist was very professional. She knew what kind of haircut I wanted after showing her the picture and she asked questions during the haircut to confirm what I really wanted. She also provided me the MVP experience free of charge for a new customer, which I thought was really nice! And then later she asked if I wanted product in my hair and if so what type (matte or shiny). I said matte and she demonstrated how easy it was to put on and the different hair styles I could do with his product. Overall, very impressive at the service!

Very rude service. They told me that I have been there before, but I know that I have never been there. Bunch of liers. Just so they don’t have to take the coupon, they will lie. I would highly recommend staying away from this place. I could not rate minus, otherwise I would give them -5!!! Good luck!!

Damn good haircut...but here's the reason I gave one star. The girl who was cutting my hair stopped cutting my hair and checked someone in then came back to cut my hair. Then one of the other employees came from the back to go up to the front and check in the person who just walked in. The girl who is cutting my hair said "I already checked them in" to the girl who is walking upfront I don't know if she doesn't like her or just didn't hear her walked up anyways and asked if they had been checked in. The girl Who was cutting my hair sighed like she was pissed off and raised her hand and lowered it. I notice she wasn't very happy about that. By the time this was all done she asked me " do you want product in your hair today " my mistake I thought she said "do use a number four on the top" which I thought meant the clipper attachment size I said "Yes " about 10 seconds went by and she said with an attitude "What kind of product do you want? " then I said sorry I thought you meant do you use a number four on your head " then she said "no I didn't" then I said "well what kind of product Do you guys have" she replied "any kind.." Real helpful… so I said "firm with no shine please" I know long story and I never complain and I'm not being rude. I think the manager should have a talk with your co-workers about not taking your anger out on a customer. I will be back but I expect some respect and that's definitely not what I got this time very disappointed, And I'm not pointing fingers on who this was because that's not right. Thanks sport clips.

Happy customers who get their issue resolved tell 4 to 6 people about their experience. So that’s a way to significantly influence the word of mouth about your business. Don’t act as a nameless or faceless business; genuinely talk with your customers as a person representing the business. Address your customers by name, and tell them your name at the very beginning of your interaction. And remember to always "SMILE" !!!!
