They give awful haircuts. My son asked for 6 on sides and 8 on top. The hair butcher took it upon herself to do 5 on sides and 6 on top- basically an unwanted crew cut is what he walked out with. They still has the nerve to charge me, offered a 2.00 discount because according to them “it was still a good haircut”..... they will never give anyone in my family their idea of a good hair cut again.....

I have never had such a terrible haircut. I should have known when they started my cut asking my to stand up, that was a first. Then my bangs ended up straight across and way too thick. I went home to try to fix it myself or figure out what went wrong I found they cut my bangs way too far back, making them thick and on top of that the hairline for my bangs weren't even straight. Needless to say they are lucky I tipped and I will never go back.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! POOR CUT!!!! POOR MANAGEMENT!!! I used to come here all the time. Never really had any problems. I figure you get what you pay for. However, I need to write something here as I was extremely disappointed in the service and cut. To begin this experience - I did not want my hair washed but the operator was so distraught in combing out my long hair (she made a point of stressing LONG), I told her just wash it then. Then when washing my hair, she proceeded to pull the tangles with her fingers VERY HARD when putting the conditioner on. I am grimacing each time she does this, however, she apparently never saw me do it. Really? Where else would she be looking? Then she tells me to hold the towel on my head and walk to her station. Couldn't she wrap the towel on my head? Then she tells me, "Don't sit down. I need to cut your long hair, it is soooo long." Now I'm mad and I say to her, "I like my LONG hair." (My hair is about two inches below my shoulders.) She begins combing out my hair and apologizes if she's too rough. I told her, "This is nothing compared to how you yanked my tangles as you were washing it." She says, "Really? You should have said something." I said, "Didn't you see me grimacing each time you did it?" Then after about 10 minutes, I was allowed to sit down. She didn't really cut much off. She followed the same lines but boy did she focus on my bangs. It's been a couple of weeks now and I still can't work with my bangs. The rest of my hair is like it was never cut. This gal was young and slow and acted like she didn't care. What gets me upset is the manager and the other operators saw her do this and no one said anything. What kind of manager would allow her employee to treat customers like that? I should have paid JUST for my cut and NOT the shampoo and NO tip. I did, however pay it all, as people do need to make a living. I DO, HOWEVER, WANT TO MAKE IT KNOWN, THAT I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! AND I AM WRITING THIS SO THAT OTHER CUSTOMERS WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING TO THIS SUPERCUTS LOCATED IN BARTLETT, ILLINOIS!!!!
