Very nice place. First time I have ever been in an Ulta store. My daughter needed a sunless tanner, and they happened to carry a specific brand that she wanted. The only thing that might stop me from coming back is that it was a little too perfumey in the store, and I have allergies to scents. Other than that, it's a beautiful store with many products to offer

Lily was so helpful! She assisted me in finding the best foundation, concealer, and face lotion for my skin type. I've never been matched for foundation before simply because I've been embarrassed to ask. Lily was patient and kind and made the process fun and easy. I really appreciate her help!

I feel that staff should be more attentive to customers, I visit frequently and almost every time I have to go grab the employee at the register because nobody offers help. I don’t typically need assistance but I’ve had few times when I searched for something or when for about 20 minutes two staff members were talking about their personal lives and I felt embarrassed to interrupt, not once have they asked “do you need help?” Another problem I had twice was when I got my colored, both my skin and ears stained badly. I returned the second time because I liked the hairdresser and the blowout was nice, and I thought maybe she was short of time, but my head was itchy, I could still feel sticky hair dye on the back of my head. I put my fingers in my hair and my skin and nails were black. Mainly the top of my head was barely shampooed and quickly rinsed. I had to shampoo twice and felt bad to ruin a fresh blow dry but what a waste of $90! Imagine having to go to an event right after.

The store portion is really great, but if they can’t do a balayage at the hair salon, they need to just say so. I was given regular 90s-looking highlights, and it was definitely not balayage (which I’ve had done for years prior to moving here.) It looks okay, but I probably won’t be coming back for a hair appt again :/

Looks like they were making room for new products for spring. Drugstore and Ulta brands on the left, along with skincare and hair products on the left side. Hair and beauty salon in the back. Right side of store has the higher end products. I was able to find a sample size of Benefit Brow And Mario Badesco Drying lotion. Always has clearance sections, but you have to dig a lot and not all if them have prices. Staff is always very nice and friendly.
