I went to this location on 02/11/18 about 10am for a shampoo and a haircut. I asked for an asymmetrical bob to be at the nape of my neck with the front being longer. Also to have the back stacked. I even showed a picture of what I wanted. I got the back stacked but the front is the same length as the back. The front comes down to the bottom of my ears. It is even shorter when it is curls (which my hair naturally is). I mentioned this to the stylist and instead of an apology I received a terse response of it is longer in the front and then she continued to cut it even shorter! I couldn't do anything more about it so I asked if she could blow dry it straight. She dried the front but the back was still wet. Instead of using a round brush to blow dry she used a regular brush so my hair was puffy. I also asked if she could flat iron it (to diminish the puffiness)but she wanted to charge an additional $25. I declined that because I felt that was ridiculous. So I had to leave the store, run to walmart to buy a flat iron, and then run to work to straighten my hair so I could look presentable. The stylists demeanor, attitude, and divisiveness of my concerns was extremely upsetting. Also her lack of listening skills. I like Great Clips as a company but I will not go back to that stylist. Perhaps not even that location.
