I needed an appointment for my hair to be done before my baby shower and called to see if they could get me in 2 days, and I was told they could actually get me in the same day I called...whenever I wanted! I came about an hour later and they got started right away. Took only about 90 minutes for some crochets. Both women were extremely nice to me and talked with me the entire time, and even offered products for my dry natural hair. I thought the store looked fine, and I really enjoyed my experience. They were very fairly priced ($80 for the crochets), my hair looks beautiful and was braided properly and quickly, so I have no complaints. Will definitely go again for more styles.

I got medium box braids ..I love that she was mindful of my edges and ask me first was it ok for two people to do my hair at once before just assuming it was ok...also she works fast and efficient I went in at 8 am and was leaving around 12

Best by far hands down. She takes all your needs into consideration an definitely exceeds any expectations you originally had for her. I'm going to her on regular she is by far the best in IL!
