Worst experience ever. First off the ladies were very rude and disrespectful. I paid $150 for my style and the hair was not included. I had to bring my own hair. Which was good after I saw the shopâ€™s condition. The shop was not clean and had a weird odor. The lady who braided my hair was very musty. I asked her not to pull my hair to turn my head. After I addressed her regarding the turning of my head. She started talking to the other lady that works at the shop i their language. I became very angry. I noticed the Braider started to braid my hair really tight. I asked her not to braid my hair so tight. She ignored my request. My hair turned out beautiful but the aftermath was horrible. My scalp was pulled so tight that I almost took my hair down on night 2. It felt like my braids were getting tighter by the day. I had a headache for 3 days. I used everything I could think of to loose my braids. Nothing seemed to work to relieve the pain. I did not want to remove my braids and waste my time or money. After having my braids for a week they are finally loose, but I have a head full of sores. I have never experienced anything of this sort in my life.

I didnâ€™t know had to buy my own hair used to going in just getting it done and paying extra for the hair being included but you have to bring your own hair I like the way they braided my hair but those roaches in there is something else frl

It's been long time since I been here. Last time I went they used what looked like a dish washing liquid bottle to wash my hair. My hair is very thick and hard to comb. The lady was very rough and I heard her say so nappy. The braids looked ok but my head was hurting for weeks.

2 words...Gross and Disgusting. Could not stay in this place for 5 minutes forget about 5hours or more trying to get some braids done...just nasty. Walked right back out the door.
