Completely chemically fried my hair. Went in for a perm and came out with puffy, chemically fried hair. Was Debating going because of the location, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and should've trusted my instincts and not have gone.

Went there to take about 6 inches off my hair. My hair was mid back and I wanted it a little past my shoulders with a diagonal forward. She ended up making g my hair uneven and left a huge hole on the right side. I called to complain and the girl that originally did the cut told me to come in and SHE will fix it (she messed it up to begin with I did NOT want her cutting it anymore! ) Ended up having to go somewhere else to get it fixed which caused it to now be a little past my chin and another $20.

PATHETIC SERVICE.......NO SMILE ON THEIR FACE......NO GREETINGS TO THE CUSTOMER.......It was on 7th November around 10:15am, I call her to know the rate for BALAYAGE........if as a customer I know what balayage means ....she didn't know being a HAIR DRESSER......wow.....seriously...???? and you'll be surprise with the rate at "WALLMART SMART STYLE" she told me it's going to be $109 +$25 application depending on how many they would need on my hair....I don't have that RAPUNZEL's hair....I have medium below shoulder hair.......she was not interested in selling the service......and just wanted me to leave her alone.....I won't give her description...because I don't wanted to offence anybody but SMART STYLE...you seriously need to hire some good hair dresser who know what CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY MEAN, or just re-train them......I am not coming back.......100%

Wife went for a simple haircut just to take a little off. Ended up with a completely different and unwanted style because the stylist took wayyy too much off. Spent two hours there in total and was holding back tears afterwards. Don't go to f'n Walmart for haircuts. It's obvious now why these women can only get jobs at a Walmart salon.
