I went to this Great Clips on the morning of 2/7/18 to get a haircut. I checked in, and the worker asked me if I wanted to get my hair cut at a "4" length. I know in their computer it says to cut it at a "4.5". I told her no, not a 4, cut it at 4.5. She said okay, cut my hair, and shampooed it. I paid for it and left. I thought it was cut too short, so I went to another Great Clips, and had them measure my hair, to see what setting she cut it at. She cut it at a "3.5". She obviously did this on purpose. Filed a complaint with corporate Great Clips. Avoid this place like the plague. Had to give this review a star to post it.

Haven't been to a Great Clips in years, went to a private stylist. I decided to try Great Clips again, so I went online for reviews on which one had the best ratings. So I went to the one on Perryville & Charles, I was nervous to say the least, having someone else cut my hair, I downloaded pictures in my phone to show the style I wanted. Well, I had the best experience possible, the person cutting my hair listened and understood what I wanted done. All I can say is Thank you Courtney for a great cut, I will be back when my hair needs a cut. I live in Belvidere, but traveled to Rockford to get a wonderful new hair style.

I just left great clips and had to write a review I only wish I had gotten my stylists name. She was wonderful had light conversation and she explain what she was doing through out the process ( I cut a east 6 inches off) and was able to explain if I had any questions in a way that I would understand .She listened to what I wanted and was willing to make adjustments to the langth as requested! She even provided me with recommendation for a flat iron and appropriate products to maximize the look and my curls! I will be honest I was skeptical going in as I had always been to the same stylist and was unsure of what to expect. In the end I was happy with my session I got an amazing hair style and it didn't break the bank 💕
