Great other than my bangs being cut uneven

Every time I go I have had a wonderful stylist. Each one has to get used to the person the get. You can just get mad at them all the time. Give them a chance, these places hair new stylist for starting jobs. My haircut is perfect everytime. Though I do get the same thing everytime. Even if you give a bad review I will always love this place.

Went to get my hair cut Saturday and should've gone with my gut feeling to wait for another stylist to cut my hair. I told her I liked the length of layered hair so just trim the edges because it takes so long to grow, and I showed her how short I like my bangs to be. Long story short my bangs and layers were butchered and now look horrible. There is a noticeable 3 1/2 inch straight line from the shortest layer to the longest layer, it's not blended and the wonderful length I had was ruined when she made that first cut and 3 inches fell to the floor. When i started complaining she had this nervous laugh, rushed through the rest of the cut, looked at me through the mirror and asked "does this look good?"... the look on my face probably made her more nervous so to save what was left of my hair, I got up paid and left. Never again will I go there, paid $17 for the hack job and another $20 to get it fixed somewhere else. My long hair is now so short some of it won't stay in a ponytail.

Prices are not worth the cut.. not even close. I've been in there over 7 times, because I try to give each hair stylist a chance.. Bad idea. I went in today to try a lady I've been to twice. She cut it close before, but this time she butchered it. I told her, showed her, and even held my finger where it need to be cut. It was almost a full inch above the area I instructed. I went step by step on what she should not cut, and she did not listen. Due to this, I am extremely disappointed with this place. I was iffy before, but this turns me fully off. Yes, hair grows back after a while.. And this is a place you do not want to wait with a bad hair due. You can go across the road to the mall and find cheaper cuts and better styles.
