Small, beautiful salon. Everyone is so friendly and I always get compliments on my hair, to which I give Jody at Station 710 all the credit! Also love that they offer a complementary glass of wine during each appointment.

The salon, itself, is very warm and inviting. The staff is also very nice and they use a "team approach" to hair so that you can have any stylist you want and you will always have your hair done the same way if you want. The problem I had with the salon after three times going there is that they do NOT listen to what you want. I told them each time I wanted very blonde highlights as my hair had gone pretty much to my natural brown coloring. Each time, the staff would say "Next time we can go blonder yet and should get you to the blonde you want soon." What the heck? Second problem is when you go to pay your bill. One of the other staff members gathers a basket FULL of products that the stylist used on you while you are getting your finishing touches completed. Then when you walk to the front to pay your bill, the basket is sitting there and the start ringing up the products ASSUMING you want them and can afford them. Very, very high pressure. Lastly, when your bill is being calculated that is always way higher than what was quoted and the products are added on, they tell you that they are happy to do the service for you and you don't need to feel you have to tip. The tip is actually already figured in with the haircut, color, etc and then the products and a tip has to be figured in. But you feel like a douche if you don't add a tip that is suppose to "not be included in the bill." I went there three times. Never walked out less than $250-330. Crazy!!

Friendly greeting for the first time customer. I talked with the stylist & explained preferences which were met. I rescheduled & again left pleased. So, I keep returning. The products are excellent. I live my hair "by Jodi".

Friendly & knowledgeable stylists, affordable services, amazing products for sale, and awesome environment. I've gone to Casey for 2 years now and I'd recommend her to anyone.
