I have been going to ULTA since I can remember actually purchasing my own beauty items. I have not been that happy with them lately. I feel like the girls I see work there are not friendly and are borderline snotty. I also am not too happy with their coupon allowances. I shop primarily off of the clearance isle and since their revamp, I am unable to use my coupon there. Its something that is so stupid, but it has most certainly reduced the number of times I even go in there. I have a reward on my account and I have no desire to even step foot in there. I also have used their salon there and again not too impressed. I have thick hair and they do not tell you this, but you are charged for each tube of color used. So if the girl has no clue the amount to use, I get charged for her mistake. I do have thick hair, but I am unaware of how my local salon does not charge me for the product. Overall they are headed down hill...FAST
