I been here a couple of times for myself and for my kids. It’s a great place to get a quick haircut for cheap price. As long as you tell them exactly what you want, everything has been good. Never had a bad experience. I just want for a wash, deep conditioning, and cut. I have very curly hair. The hair stylist was patient with me and also gave me some great tips to tame my hair (which I am taking into consideration). My hair came out great... soft and evenly cut.

Terrible service! I went in to get my fine, slightly wavy hair cut. I asked if they could completely straighten it first before they cut it (that’s always how I get my hair cut). Apparently that was an outlandish request because they told me it would be an ADDITIONAL $30 to do that. I left and went to Fantastic Sams. Alex at Fantastic Sams straightened and cut my hair beautifully for $23.
